    I'm really disappointed in this product. The distortion is weak. Nothing positive to say about this.

    Every guitar player should have a Rockman. Admittedly I'm a Rockman fan ( I have 14 of the SR&D amps and several modules). While it can't compare to the original X100 or Soloist, it's still very useful.

    These came out when i started playing back in the early 80s. I never bought one back then i thought i would try one for the hell of it and I'm not impressed with it at all o well

    The Metal Ace is a blast. The sound is good enough to enjoy practicing/jamming without making your neighbors or family suffer. Awesome to jam out before taking off to work while everyone is sleeping! With the tone and volume controls on your guitar you can get a good tone - one that will work for the purposes described. Toss out the silly 1980s Walkman headphones and plug in your good ear buds and have a blast.

    This pedal can be powered by a 9-volt battery or a Dunlop ECB003 9-volt adapter.

    There's an aux input that you use to run from a stereo to the amp to easily play along with music.
