    Its an insert cable... Metal, serviceable ends, good quality. I always buy like this. Molded plastic is garbage.

    The Pro Audio dept . ppl were great. The item was out of as was much of all the inventory. The mgr. helped with a price break so I could it overnighted. This was an amazing experience, like when G.C. first opened in Colo. The metal switchcraft connectors are great.
