NUX

Description

The NUX Reissue Series Steel Singer Drive Effects Pedal is modeled after a legendary boutique amp from California, the Steel Singer Drive delivers a rich, full-bodied overdrive with a sweet midrange and silky high end. Whether used alone or stacked with your amp's natural breakup, this pedal will make your guitar sing.

Authentic Boutique Tone in a Pedal

The Steel Singer Drive recreates the smooth, saturated overdrive of a sought-after boutique amp known for its exceptional touch sensitivity and harmonic richness. Simply adjust the Gain knob to dial in anything from a subtle boost to a singing sustain, while Tone and Level knobs provide intuitive control over high-end content and overall output volume. The result is an overdrive that feels and sounds like a cranked tube amp, with a creamy distortion and chimey, articulate highs.

Flexible, Gig-Ready Design

Measuring only 4.7 by 2.4 by 1.6 inches, the Steel Singer Drive is a highly portable pedal that takes up minimal space on your pedalboard. It can run on a 9V battery or standard 9V DC power supply, making it a convenient choice for gigging guitarists. And with silent relay-based true bypass switching, the Steel Singer Drive delivers pristine, uncolored tone when disengauged.

Crafted to Inspire

Part of NUX's Reissue Series, the Steel Singer Drive combines vintage-inspired design with innovative engineering. It features an all-analog signal path, premium components, and a durable, stage-ready metal enclosure. Add a touch of boutique mojo to your rig with the Steel Singer Drive.

It brings out the sound you already expected your guitar to have. It didn't before but now it does. #sweepstakes

Gift for my nephew… I already have one as well as a lot of other dumble clone pedals. This pedal is a low gain sweet sounding SS type clone.

I have to say that this OD keeps impressing me in tone quality overall. When used as a low gain boost it really brings some shine to your signal. When the gain ins pushed it gets even sweeter. Very responsive controls as an always on OD. I push my Bogner Ecstasy blue mini with it.

It will "work" with an acoustic/electric but I don't know what sound you want.
