Taller, stronger, more stable. I ordered another.
I ordered this stand to match one I had, but when it arrived I realized it was not the same. It was so much better. Wider more stable base and a height that is almost a foot taller. The cross bar is a little shorter but fits 4 slim Par 38s perfectly. The bar does come with hardware including a nut and wing nut, so the bolts stay with the bar when swapping lights. I liked it so much I ordered another to become my downstage pair. Thanks Dave Messler again for your help.

Not the greatest - you get what you pay for
The rule of getting what you pay for stays consistent here. PROS: Cheap Holds 4 lights with *relative* ease Lightweight Locking stability pins BOTTOM LINE - If you're just looking for something to elevate a few lights, then go for it CONS: Cheap All plastic hinges - when I opened the box after shipping, the stabilizing component that keeps the T from swiveling was broken. BOTTOM LINE - you get what you pay for - if you consistently gig, this specific T is not for you, it will not and did not for me, stand up to consistent set up and tear down. As I used it, I had it really loaded up, with 2 ADJ aggressors, a moonflower, and galaxian lazer, and a Chauvet Colorstrip. It held them up, but you could tell it was straining if you looked hard enough

I use it as a light stand for painting in my art studio. I also plan to use it for performances.
If it gets there safely, it's pretty good.

Good stand in general, especially for the money, but only if you're the sort who takes care of your gear. FUNCTION: The cross bars are a little shorter than I expected. Using standard-sized LED PARs, the mounts touch, so you have to be a bit careful about your aiming. The stands came with supports for the crossbar which would be necessary if you were using anything heavier. Functionally, these are great to hang four LED PARs up high enough to not blind the band. BUILD QUALITY: The plastic collars are absolute junk. The sizing is such that you'd have to crank them pretty tight if you were relying on them to hold the weight of the stand and lights, and they bend with others having reported that they break. Don't do it. Fortunately, it comes with some good quality pins for both of the extension sections that will support the weight, so just snug the collars and let the pins do the work. The collar for the crossbar is build stupidly. In practice, you will leave that attached to the crossbar and take that whole setup on and off the top of the stand as needed. Well, they put a pair of thumb knobs on the part that you're not likely to move and a bolt that requires an Allen wrench (5mm, I think) on the one that you will be taking on and off regularly. I swapped one of the thumb screws for the bolt and it is now functional. The hardware that is there to hold the lights is annoying. It's all threaded metric, so if you want to get spares or replace anything, it's going to cost you 2-3 times as much. The wing nuts are super wimpy and there were no washers provided. To hang the pars, I grabbed some 5/16" washers and better quality 8mm x 1.25 wing nuts to hold everything in place. In retrospect, I should have just bought a set of 5/16" bolts (by 2.5", I think) and the washers and nuts that go with that. Probably would have cost about the same, and I'd be in a better position going forward. Transport with care.
