Exquisitely well made, weighs less than some guitars in cases, looks beautiful under the SV20H for which its cosmetics are partnered. I don't have any other Celestion-equipped cabs at this time so I can't make any side-by-side comparisons, but I found the speaker to be a good fit for the open-back design and the SV20H. Did require some "settling in" to reach its full potential, so if you're on the fence about the V-Type speaker, try to give it several hours at maximum clean volume with a good mix of highs, lows, and full chords for break-in period. After two you notice an improvement, after ten the change becomes subtle, if even perceptible. Came with a speaker cable! Was quite excited to see that given that the head does too. Using them both in order to place an attenuator between, and didn't have to make an additional purchase. It is a tad pricey given the specs, but questions of "worth it" are up to the individual, you make that call for yourself. I think it's worth every penny.

fromOxnard,
what are the exterior measurements of this cabinet? is the speaker centered inside the cabinet or offset? It looks in the photo like the speaker is mounted closer to the bottom of the baffle by about 3/4" instead of centered. Is this correct?
27 lbs. The spkr is centered.
