    Had a failure in my working rig. No suitable rentals available. Got a workable deal on this cab. First trip out proved to be a capable addition to my existing tools. Caught it on sale with room in the budget for a good warranty. Neodym driver is a back saver. So far, sooo good!

    This bass cabinet's sound was amazing, for the type of music that i play it did its job very well without any problems,this cabinet and amp head was recommended to me buy other musician friends of mine, Im glad i took the chance on this bass cabinet and Mark bass amp head, Well worth the money, i highly recommend this cabinet to anyone looking for a light weight cabinet and quality sound hands down.

    I tried this cabinet in the Guitar Center store and compared it to my Markbass 15 Traveler cabinet. I played through the Traveler cabinet first and then the MB151R PURE Bass cabinet. The difference was amazing - the sound was fuller and deeper (and punchier when I changed the tone settings on my bass), yet not mushy or muddy, I'm thinking because the MB58R cabinet is a little larger. Another feature for the MB58R cabinet is the less weight compared to the traveler cabinet. I recently replaced my 210 Traveler cabinet with the MB58R 102 PURE Bass cabinet. When I played through both cabinets the sound was great. I could play at a lower volume and still get great sound without overwhelming the rest of the band. The combination of both cabinets covered all of the sonic ranges for my bass. I would definitely recommend the MB151R PURE Bass cabinet. Either cabinet alone sounded good by itself, however the combination sounded great. Needless to say, I traded in both of my Traveler cabinets for the MBR PURE cabinets. As I have aged, having lighter bass cabinets has been another reason for me to move to these cabinets. The sound quality alone would have prompted the move, the less weight was a bonus.
