It can be used as a standalone with a Markbass head or as extension cabinet for the Mini CMD 121 and CMD 121 combos.     These Energy cabinets have deep bass, defined mids, and sparkling highs. The composite construction reduces the weight significantly over standard bass cabs. I have played and owned Bergantino, Genzler, Mesa, and many other high end rigs. These cabinets sound just as good in any environment.

    Ordered this cab as either an extension for my Markbass 2-10 combo or a standalone with my Markbass 300 wt head. It gives more depth to the combo with that 12 inch speaker and as a stand alone cab, is great for smaller venues where space could be an issue. When it was delivered I picked up the box and, WOW!!!! this thing weighs nothing!!! I'll be willing to bet this could be one of the lightest cabinets on the planet!!!
