    So I own all 3 versions of Zakk's MXR overdrives, I got the original back in '04, the second version when it came out and I have to say that after a year of gigging with this newest version it's definitely my favorite. Way more control of the tone and plenty of headroom. It's absolutely perfect. It hasn't left my pedalboard since the day I got it and I have absolutely no intention of taking it off.
