LP-UNF Video User's Guide

Description

The Kali Audio LP-UNF is a compact nearfield studio monitor system designed for creators, musicians, and gamers who need accurate, full-range sound in small spaces. Engineered in Burbank, California, the LP-UNF delivers reference-level detail and imaging at arm’s length, making it ideal for desktop studios, editing bays, and mobile setups. Each speaker features a 4.5" long-excursion woofer and 1" soft-dome tweeter for balanced, natural sound, powered by built-in Class D amplification. With USB-C (24-bit/48 kHz) digital audio, TRS and RCA inputs, and Bluetooth 5.1 wireless streaming, the LP-UNF integrates seamlessly with laptops, interfaces, consoles, and mobile devices—no extra hardware required.

Hear Every Dimension With 3D Imaging Waveguides

Kali Audio’s proprietary 3D Imaging Waveguides create a stunningly realistic stereo field that helps mixes translate across systems. By matching direct and reflected sound with precision, these waveguides reveal subtle spatial cues—the sense of height, width, and depth within your mix—that some nearfields blur. Whether you’re tracking, mixing, or simply listening, the LP-UNF offers an immersive, true-to-life soundstage that inspires confident decisions.

Tune Your Space With Boundary EQ

The LP-UNF adapts to your environment thanks to Kali Audio’s Boundary EQ, which compensates for nearby surfaces like walls and desktops. Onboard DIP switches let you tailor bass and treble response to maintain accuracy in any setup, ensuring mixes stay consistent wherever you work. Combined with the LP-UNF’s efficient front-firing port, you’ll enjoy clean, controlled low end even when space is limited.

Compact Build, Big-Studio Accuracy

Standing just 10" tall, the LP-UNF fits comfortably on most desks or shelves while delivering big-monitor performance. Its durable, acoustically optimized enclosure minimizes resonance and fatigue over long sessions. Available in multiple colorways, this system looks as refined as it sounds—making the Kali Audio LP-UNF the ultimate choice for honest, professional-grade monitoring right on your desktop.

Speakers are really nice but with very limited user adjustable eq, the cable that links them is far too short especially if on stands. Kali sells a longer cable on their website but not through GC. Still waiting for that cable. Not sure it will ever show up.
