My old tenor banjo sounded great on it first gig. Tone good, volume as expected for a passive pickup. One quibble: Directions could be a little more detailed. Product website could be better. I was worried that it the clip might break as I pushed it on the bridge. Very snug. But it seems to have enough flexibility to handle a bit of stretching.
