The cord (non-USB) has a short in it and won't work. And, I know this is probably not a fault in the headphones, but I am unable to use them when listening to iTunes through my computer. Probably a computer error that effects the Bluetooth, but because I am unable to test with the other cord, I have no way of knowing.
