Great right out of the box

Plays and sounds insanely great. The pickups sound good in all three positions, and each position sounds different from the other two positions, so there are a lot of sounds you can get out of this thing. The neck is pretty fat, and I think comparable to many 335s I have played. I gig with this over much more expensive/vintage guitars because it is so versatile and easy to play. The green finish is also really nice to look at. There were a couple of issues with some blemishes near the headstock, but nothing that wasn't going to happen with normal wear and tear. I typically play it with both Fender and Marshall amps, and it appears to work well with both. Overall, you can't go wrong with this guitar, I love it more every time I play it.

Being a long time Guild Westerly owner I was hesitant about the new Guild line .. wow was I mistaken .. Guild is reproducing guitars with the feel and craftsmanship of old with playability , sound and quality you would expect from guild .. !! Great job Guild !
