I play this thing every day on my couch and it sounds amazing, I changed the stock roundwound strings to tapewounds immediately when I bought it. Depending on technique you use, you can get the classic "mwah" sound of a fretless bass and also get more of a traditional upright bass-type of tone that's nice for for jazz, RnB, Motown etc

  • Nice Acoustic Bass!

I love this gear so far. It sounds pretty good and stay tuned. The strings came with the bass that was kinda bright acoustic sound but if you like acoustic music like country music or some of kinda blues, stuff like that, you might like that. You want to get more deep sound like jazz, I think you better change the strings to frat wound or nylon tape wound or sort of the things. Anyways, it's pretty good acoustic sound as you use as an acoustic, and I don't know how the pick up works because I never used that.

Hi! Is this the B-240E model (which is fretted) or the B-240F model (which is fretless)? The page has it as a B-240E fretless, so I need to clarify the actual model number. Thank you!
