Description

The Gold Tone LS-6 Lap Steel Guitar evokes the Oahu Tonemaster, one of the most revered lap steels of the 1950s. The Gold Tone version is so close to the original that owners of Oahu instruments buy LS-6 pickups and hardware from Gold Tone for use in the restoration of their prized guitars. The LS-6 lap steel guitar is set up for open D tuning (DADF#AD), but other tunings can be accommodated by installing strings that are gauged for those tunings. Available as left-handed model.
