The Gibraltar Pearl-style bass drum bracket mounts on bass drum and accepts 7/8" diameter tubes.

    I was making a shallow 8 " x 20" bass drum for gigging from of a cut down bass drum shell. It had existing holes similar to a Pearl BB-3 mount. I wanted to spend less so I opted for the Gibraltar mount. It fit with a little mounting hole space widening. It fastens from the inside of the shell like drum lug. The included screws worked with the 7mm thick shell. It's a little lighter than the Pearl ( which I like) but still holds two 7/8 down pipe tubes for tom & cymbal holders .

    This bracket served it's purpose and is easy to install. I wanted to mount my toms on top of my kick drum to save on space and this bracket did that for me. I own it and would recommend it.

    The Gibraltar Tom Mount Bracket is designed to work with 7/8" Pearl style tom arms. It can be mounted to a tom shell or a suspension plate. It also works with Gibraltar model arms; SC-700H, SC-78UA, and SC-BA78.
