    I feel like an gain efficianado. I own several boutique gain and drive pedals and just added this to the family. It is the cheapest price wise of all of them but.... it sounds alot better than the low price would make you think. I am running it into Fender amps mostly Deluxe reverb and Pro jr. They love this pedal, the drive sound is smooth and not overpowering, not metal territory but they have another one for that. It is very flexible and will give you wide tonal territory. I am really impressed with the Hammertone line, this is my third one and I have 2 more on order. I have yet to be disappointed with these. I think they are $ well spent. By the way they look really cool together on the board.
