Really nice, well built case

Bought this case for a Fender P-Bass. Bass fits perfectly and the lining/padding is soft and secure. Case is really good looking inside and out. I saw a few complaints about people missing the key but mine was right in the storage cubby where it should be.

Quality Distribution?

I am a little disappointed in this Fender product, I do not know if it was bad luck but the case was not in good quality. First of all, the keys are missing and the case came in locked so I can't even access the inside. Not only that but the pictures show that the product was damaged. Again I'm very disappointed, I'll return this for sure but I like the feel of the case overall and would still recommend it. I just got a bad one from the batch.

    I purchased two of these cases for my 4 and 5 string Jazz basses. I was initially worried on the fit; however, was quite happy to find out it fits my P bass as well as another brand bass I have. #sweepstakes

    So I received my case, I thought it was for a strat but then found out it was for a bass, so my bad on that one. But, even if it was for a bass, why is there no keys for this guitar case? How do you just forget the keys for a case that is literally meant to require one??? Pretty upset

    Really annoyed cause I'm joining a band and need a case for my bass and when it came, I couldn't even open it because it didn't come with the key set. Returning and getting another, hopefully with keys.

    Can this case store a short scale bass? Specifically something like a Mustang. If not, are there any cases that can hold a short scale bass like a Mustang?

    It will fit but will be a bit big. We don't carry a hard shell case for a Short Scale Fender.
