Description
The Fender Classic Player Telecaster Deluxe Black Dove is styled after the Telecaster Deluxe of the early 1970s with a C-shaped neck, bullet truss rod, and vintage hardtail string-through Stratocaster bridge. The Classic Player electric guitar features an alder body with a 1-piece maple neck with a 21-fret maple fingerboard and a Classic Fender Strat headstock. The dual Black Dove single-coil pickups have a smoky fat single-coil tone. This unique Fender Telecaster has a look and sound all its own and comes with a deluxe gig bag.

    I purchased this very fun to play Tele from my local Guitar Center. I recieved this guitar with a dent in the finish on the tummy cut, and a shoddy pickup switch. When I got it to work, it sounded amazing. It has a louder punch and a beautiful ringing sustain that is gritty, yet pretty. The 12 inch radius neck makes bends easy, and strumming wider. With a good overdrive, the Black Doves are widely diverse, and usable almost everywhere but extreme metal. I returned the the instrument to Guitar Center, and had another one ordered promptly. The fit and finish arrived in a poor state, but the sound and feel became what made me re-order this guitar. I love it. Smooth jazz, hard rock, smoky blues, twangy country, and even Radiohead-like alternative ask for guitars like this.

    This guitar is just perfect, i bought mine 2 days ago, and the sound is just brilliant, the black dove pickups bring out hard punching sound. They have a lot of clarity with the distortion. The neck is also very comfortable, and the vintage styling is just perfect. Whether you are trying to play pop or metal this guitar is just perfect.
