Beryllium Tweeter Provides Ultra-Low Distortion

At the heart of Solo6's stunning sonic capabilities is Focal's renowned beryllium inverted dome tweeter, which offers exceptionally low directionality, superb linearity and flawless dynamics. The optimized baffle tweeter also provides unparalleled dispersion control for a wide, enveloping soundstage.

Composite Sandwich Woofer Prevents Distortion

Solo6's 6.5" composite sandwich "W" woofer was designed to produce optimal frequency response and reduce distortion. Its rigid yet lightweight cone allows high power handling and low distortion even at the highest playback levels.

Focus Mode for Full-Range Monitoring

An innovative Focus mode transforms Solo6 into a full-range monitor, using the woofer alone to cover the entire frequency spectrum. This allows you to ensure your mixes will translate accurately to smaller playback systems. A 160Hz lowpass filter is also onboard for referencing sub frequencies.

Convenient Controls and Connectivity

Solo6 features high and low-frequency shelving, input sensitivity adjustment and an automatic standby mode. It also provides balanced XLR inputs as well as inserts for wall mounting. All the connectivity and control you need for a compact studio monitor.

    I upgraded from a very old pair of Event PS6 monitors which are mid-grade at best. I liken it to when I got glasses as a kid. I could hear the music, but not the detail like the Focal's provide. Already in only a week, my mixes are translating better to club sound systems.
