Open Box ESP LTD Deluxe MH-1000 Electric Guitar with EMGs Level 1 See-Thru Black Cherry

Description
Set-thru neck construction is an innovative technique in which the ESP LTD Deluxe MH-1000's neck is glued to the body (like a set neck), however the traditional bulky heel is carved away (similar to neck-thru-body construction). This makes access to the ESP MH-1000's upper frets and the neck-to-body transition much smoother. Just as on a set neck, you will get a combination of tone from both the neck and body with the set-thru construction. The sound will depend on the types of wood used, but generally will have a fuller, warmer tone when compared to most neck-thru-body electric guitars.
A case is sold separately.

Amazing Guitar
I bought this guitar a few months ago and I am in love with it. It is great for metal, but can still play nice, lighter music. The EMGs are fantastic and I love the sound I get from them. It's very easy to play and get used to. I was worried at first that I might get lost on the neck without more profound inlays, but I quickly got used to them. The guitar is amazing, but I can't seem to get my guitar to stay in tune when I whammy a lot, even with the nut locked. However, that doesn't stop me from loving this guitar!

Cool looking guitar.
I'm impressed with the looks, but it came with broken strings, sunk Floyd Rose, and went straight to the guitar tech, I didn't even get to try it, c'mon LTD ESP , GC. Maybe next time I'll get it right on the money.

I've had this guitar for about 3 months now and still am shocked every time I play it, I've used it in professional recording, live sound, and just jamming and it exceeds my expectations every-time I touch the thing. The cleans on the neck pickup also sound amazing. The one con I had was that about 3 weeks after getting it (which is A LOT of playing time for me) the volume pot just stopped working, really not the biggest deal it's a $20 fix but still was disappointed after paying the price I paid for the guitar, regardless I would buy this guitar again, and absolutely recommend it to anyone going for a style from post hardcore, all the way to hair metal

I have tried several guitars in the similar price range and this was the best guitar and I tried playing. It blew me away. It's sad that the model is not available anymore. ESP should consider manufacturing the same model with floyd rose again.

-Neck feels great, easy to play. -Floyd Rose bridge kind of annoying when you want to tune or change strings but does keep the guitar in tune very well. -Not a big fan of the neck pickup but overall very good full, rich sound. Perfect for heavier music.
I would buy again.

As noted, the manufacturer needs to eliminate flaws in the finish on their guitars, I've bought 2 models from the same manufacturer and both had flaws.

Best guitar I've played, I never realized how much better a real Floyd Rose is than the fake ones. The neck feels very nice and great sustain.

The rest of the reviews sum this guitar up well. Easy set up, even for a floyd. It plays itself, sounds excellent. Buy it, especially if you're looking for your 1st floating trem. I used to be scared of floyd rose bridges but this guitar is so well built that I'm setting up with no fear.
