I'm a guy that loves playing 13inch snares so it takes a lot for me to like a 14inch snares. This drum blew me away and is a cannon! Perfect for all settings too!

I've never had a 8-1/2" deep snare before. But I kid you not. I hit this snare one time and said I'll take it. It has more crack than any other snare I've ever owned. The head was already tuned pretty high, but if you wanted to tune it even higher, you can do so with very little effort. And rim shots….. Oh my gosh! Unbelievable!
This Snare Drum is top-tier!

If you're looking to get a high quality snare drum without having to spend over $500, this is it. Very versatile, cuts through any mix very nicely, suitable in places from small bars to huge venues. One of the best Snares out there in my opinion
Fantastic Snare

Forget about the shell material - this is just an awesome snare drum. Great, dry tone at high tuning. Packs a serious punch at lower tuning. Little dampening needed as with most any snare, esp metal ones, but I just use one moongel and there's literally zero metallic resonance.

This a very good looking snare. Well crafted and beautifully designed. The sound is centered and big, very Bonham sound. The magnetic throw off it effortless and easy to adjust. It also comes with great heads. I actually planned to change them to match my kit but I decided to use them

Honestly I went to guitar center just to buy a $6 drum key and when I saw this beast I came out the store with new heads and snare wires. (With the drum key).
