This special-edition DW Design Series 5-piece acrylic shell pack features a bold Sea Glass finish, harkening back to the original Drum Workshop headquarters in Santa Monica, California. The seamless 5 mm shells offer the articulate voice and projection of acrylic, with all the hardware touches of DW Design Series drums. That includes DW's proprietary suspension tom mounts, True-Pitch tuning, MAG throw-off and branded heads by Remo.     These drums are amazing and amazingly beautiful!! They sound great and are perfect if you want LOUD sound! My only issue was i thought i would get the mounts for the toms as well when purchasing this but it's not a huge deal and that doesn't change anything. Id still buy regardless.

    Can you sell me just the snare drum for the kit? I recently purchased a sea glass kit and I'm looking for the 5.5x14 snare. I already own the 6.5x14 snare and the kit, but I want the 5.5 for a side snare. Can you sell just the snare drum please?

    Does this sound any different from the standard DW acrylic kit?

    Probably not. Acrylic is a very definite sound.

    I want to get the stands or whatever is needed for this set. My friend purchased these drums but hasn't had the extra money for the stands. Please I know nothing about this and need assistance. She does have the snare stand though.
