SOLID AS A ROCK! I tried out the 2 legged version, but it rocked too much- and not in the good way! This one is solid, VERY well made, adjustable in many ways and the 3 legs will rotate & fit however you need them for your set up. BONUS -THE DW clutch is so easy to adjust. AAA+++
THE choice in hi-hat stands..

The standard of which all hi-hat stands are measured...DW quality and design in a professional level stand that doesn't break the bank.

The legs actually swivel to fit a double pedal. I cut one of the legs off mine just to free up a little floor space, I would suggest getting the 2 leg because of the extra floor space you'll have. Either way, this pedal is as smooth as a baby's behind. Just be careful with the bar that holds the clutch because if you bend it, it is hard to bend back and affects the smoothness even with the slightest bend
Well worth it

So I was looking at this and the two legged stand. I think you could still fit a double bass pedal with this one anyway. But the big thing is the price compared to the DW 9000. The DW 9000 has afew extra features but for the price this one is by far the best.
