I would suggest paying a bit more and getting a better quality uke, it works well and does the job is great for practicing but not totally in love with it, it's cute but if in store shopping was available right now it wouldn't have made it into my basket. It's a cute nice basic uke but the color is much darker in person and doesn't shine like that, it's just a dull dark wood not at all that vibrant as the picture. Kind of wish they would have put more effort into the product and less on accessories but it's nice it came with a wide variety of tools such as picks and strings, a case, and tuner. That being said this is my second uke and I was looking for more aesthetics and design than a beginner pack so this may be great for you
