Great in every regard when considering the low price. Very compact, tone is nice, and function key is wonderful. The only con is that it seems as though the keys don't go down as far as other regular sized keyboards. If it weren't for that little issue, I would've given it a five. Casio, fix that little issue. 🙂
Its fine

I bought this for my teenage daughter to practice piano in between lessons. It has lots of different modes and the keys are full sized, but it makes a weird crackling sound when you place it on a hard surface.

Can pedal be used with ct s200?
The Casio CT-S200 keyboard does not have a dedicated sustain pedal jack, so you cannot connect a traditional sustain pedal directly to it like you would with more advanced keyboards.submitted4 months ago

What type of USB port is this? Trying to figure out how to connect with an iPad lightning connection.
The Casio Casiotone CT-S200 has a micro USB Type B port. This port is labeled as “USB to Host” on the keyboard and is used to connect the keyboard to a computer or mobile device for MIDI communication. To connect your Casio CT-S200 to an iPad with a Lightning port, you'll need a couple things: Apple Lightning to USB Camera Adapter – This adapter has a Lightning plug on one end and a USB-A port on the other. – Official name: Apple Lightning to USB Camera Adapter (or the slightly more expensive "Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter", which also allows charging while in use). USB-A to micro USB B cable – This connects from the adapter's USB-A port to the CT-S200's micro USB port. How to Set It Up: Plug the micro USB B end into the CT-S200. Plug the USB-A end into the Lightning to USB Camera Adapter. Plug the Lightning end into your iPad. Once connected, the iPad should recognize the CT-S200 as a MIDI device — perfect for use with GarageBand, Cubasis, or other music apps.submitteda year ago
