Open Box Behringer ULTRAGRAPH PRO FBQ1502HD Dual Channel 15-Band Graphic EQ Level 1

Description
The Behringer ULTRAGRAPH PRO FBQ1502HD is a 15-band stereo graphic equalizer combines smooth, precise EQ with the groundbreaking FBQ Feedback Detection system to deliver exceptional audio quality free of distortion. Built with topnotch components and rugged construction, the FBQ1502HD provides ultralow noise operation you can rely on gig after gig.
Eliminate Annoying Feedback With the FBQ System
Nothing disrupts a live show like sudden feedback screeching through the PA. With the ULTRAGRAPH PRO FBQ1502HD's intelligent feedback detection, you can stop feedback in its tracks. At the first sign of a feedback spike, the EQ fader LED illuminates to show you which frequency to lower. This fail-safe feedback suppression lets you fine-tune your mix with confidence.
Sculpt Your Tone With 15-Band Graphic EQ
The ULTRAGRAPH PRO FBQ1502HD gives you smooth, accurate 15-band equalization per channel to shape your sound. Boost or cut frequencies up to ±6dB or ±12dB to highlight instruments, vocals and other inputs. Let your vocals cut through the mix. Emphasize punchy low end on your kick drum mic. With granular control of 15 frequency centers, you can remove problem spots and create the perfect tonal balance.
Clean Up Noise With Effective Low-Cut Filters
Unwanted low-end rumble and hum can quickly muddy up a mix. The ULTRAGRAPH PRO FBQ1502HD's low-cut filters on each channel clean up the signal by removing unnecessary bass content below 75Hz. This removes rumble from mic stands or footsteps on hollow stages as well as hum from electrical interference, freeing up headroom for clean, dynamic sound.
Rugged Build for Reliable Performance
With its sturdy metal chassis, sealed controls and high-quality components, the ULTRAGRAPH PRO FBQ1502HD is built to handle the rigors of live gigs and studio use. Dual XLR and 1/4" inputs ensure broad connectivity. Whether you're dialing in perfect room EQ or making vocals sparkle for a live show, the Behringer ULTRAGRAPH PRO FBQ1502HD provides powerful tone shaping and feedback elimination to take your performances to the next level.

A really pro and pro-looking unit! Does exactly what I need it to do. The only complaint is the poor documentation, and the input/output jacks are a bit confusing - otherwise I would have given it a 5. I also discovered by accident that it has a record function! (No mention of this in the manual.
Built In Crossover for Sub is a Very Useful Addition

The built in crossover for the sub is a great and unique feature. The sub out is based on a mono signal from both sides of the EQ. If you use one side of the EQ for main and the other for monitor, just boost the low frequencies (40-63-100) on the main side for the subs as desired. I run the sub out signal into a BBE compressor; in addition to compression I can use this to boost the signal if desired for the subs. My only Behringer gear prior to this EQ is their power amps, which have reliably performed for me for several years. This EQ unit seems well built; if it is as durable as my Behringer power amps have been I'm becoming a Behringer fan for PA gear! Time will tell...

Could I plug an instrument directly into the eq and run it to a stereo line amp? I'm having a terrible time trying to find a bass amp with no gain knob. A gain knob on a bass amp adds distortion.
1) Yes, you can. If you are having distortion problems with a gain, you may be using it incorrectly.submitteda year ago

is that red LEDs or just red coloring on each knob?
Yes, they are.
