My original Jam became worthless when I upgraded to the I-Pad Pro. I had not realized the USB-C was going to be a problem that an adapter would not solve.

  • Works Great. Solid. Easy.

I've been an amateur guitarist for years and therefore have probably been annoying everyone at home for years with the noise I make. The Jam+ allows me to practice and play quietly with all of the tone and character that I would have normally gotten out of my amp and pedals. I tried similar interfaces from other brands, but I found this to be my favorite- it works as advertised and the accompanying software does everything I want and more. I'm obviously only scratching the surface of what the Jam+ is capable of doing, but it is a great, solid little piece of equipment that my entire family appreciates.

Mine is has no audio input capability, straight out of the box. You plug in and the light turns green but all you hear are pops and a high pitched squeal. Apogee tech support responded with a few questions then never returned communication. Apogee is supposed to be great great but I think that might be limited to their high-end stuff. This type of thing is best left to Beringer.

I don't do headphones -- 60+ years of rock'n'roll make them not a very good idea. And I don't travel with an amp. So how do I make this work when the only two options aren't available?

I’m very sorry. It requires headphones.

I can't get any sound from my iPad Pro (5th Gen) while using the Apogee Jam+. The Jam+ is working and the iPad shows input and output, but no sound from the speakers. Anyone having (or had) this problem? Any solutions?

We're unable to troubleshoot over this means of communication, but give us a call at 866-498-7882 and we can see what we can do to get you up and running. Or if you'd prefer you can look up videos from Apogee's YouTube channel to see if that helps.
