Bought this guitar to add to my collection for 2 reasons - the tone woods and the nut width. She sings like a songbird with super long sustain, and is easy to fret with my huge fingers.
Very pleased.

I love Alvarez Masterworks guitars. In fact I've owned Martin, Yairi, a $6,000 Breedlove amongst others. Sold all of them and kept my Alvarez MD90CE. The most balanced and best playing guitar I've ever owned. But I wanted a grand auditorium style for years when I ran across this one. This guitar is amazing. Great looks and performance. Plus while trimming the saddle to get the action a lil lower, I accidentally trimmed it a tad too much causing an occasional buzz on the low E string. I shimmed it, but reached out to Alvarez about purchasing a brand new bone saddle for it. They sent me a brand new one through the USPS at NO CHARGE. Can't beat that. And while everyone has their own choice for tone, I've found Alvarez Masterworks guitars to be the overall best. I hear great things about their Artist Series as well. Hope this helps!
I would buy this product again and again.

I use the guitar mostly for church playing and worship leading. I particular like the layout/arrangement of the electrical components, with the volume controls inside the body of the guitar but very accessible and the plug-in on the end of the guitar.

What is the neck profile? Is it a c medium? Thank you.
Scale (mm) 648 Scale (inches) 25 1/2 Number of Frets 21 Nut Width (mm) 44.45 Nut Width (inches) 1 3/4...................I’m sorry, I don’t know. I've never come across a manufacturer that can or does "define" a C or D neck.submitted4 years ago

Are there known problems with this guitar? Otherwise, why was it a restock?
Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what the blemish is. However, it would only be a minor cosmetic flaw and would not effect the guitars play ability.submitted4 years ago
