AKG

Description

Headset condenser microphone with maximum dynamic range for perfect vocal sound. Its cardioid polar pattern effectively rejects unwanted ambient noise. An ideal choice for frontmen, singing keyboardists, drummers, guitarists, and dancers. The microphone arm mounts either on the left or right side of the headband as desired. The C 520 provides the perfect solution for any performer needing a handsfree microphone.

A transducer shock mount reduces handling noise to a minimum. The moisture shield prevents perspiration from penetrating into the transducer element, ensuring a high degree of humidity protection for the microphone.

Requires phantom power.

This condensor mike delivers exceptional audio quality. Very loud and clear. Extremely sensitive to breaths and mouth noises. Very lightweight and comfortable to wear. The only negative things about it are that the supplied cable is much too thin Can easily be torn if caught on something, The cable also gets tangled around other cables. Adjustments on the mike are more difficult than AKG leads you to believe. The headband has a tendancy to get tangled up in long hair. If AKG replaced the cable with a thicker one, I would give this product 5 stars. I would recommend this mike to anyone who requires hands-free operation.
