THIS IS JUST WHAT I NEEDED TO PLAY AND, WRITE!
IT'S NOT A BAD DEAL FOR THE$$! I USE MINE FOR CHANGING MY MUSIC NOTES AND LYRICS DURING MY SESSIONS W/ MY GOOD FRIENDS TOGETHER WE HAVE A PANDEMIC BAND ONLINE AND, I JUST GOT MINE SEVERAL DAYS AGO AND, NOW IT'S USED ALMOST EVERY DAY. NOT A PROFESSIONAL MODEL BUT, IT SERVES IT'S PURPOSE FOR ME AND, MY GOOD FRIENDS AS A PANDEMIC BAND ONLINE TOGETHER! GOOD VALUE FOR THE $$! I'M LOOKING INTO UPGRADING TO A NEW ONE SO, I CAN USE ONE AT HOME AND, ONE AT ANOTHER LOCATION FOR OUR PANDEMIC BAND TOGETHER ONLINE, BECAUSE WE CHANGE LOCATIONS EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE JUST TO BREAK UP THE MONOTONY OF PLAYING AT MY HOUSE EVERY-TIME WE HAVE OUR SESSIONS TOGETHER ONLINE! I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THIS IS A GOOD AND DECENT STAND FOR THE $$!

Sturdy, but not very easy to set up.
Pretty sturdy, but I don't like the machinations needed to set this up. It IS sturdy, but it is bulky and a little of a pain to get set how you want. The top comes off easily, but perhaps too easily, so if it ever got knocked, the stand could easily fall apart.

I find these perforated music stands both light to carry and stable. I had my last one over 15 years.

Bought this as a Christmas present for our guitar player. Very stable and plenty of surface area to hold sheet music.

Is it solid enough that it does not fall over easily?
Yes. It has a low center of gravity so it's very sturdy.
