I ordered this stand to match one I had, but when it arrived I realized it was not the same. It was so much better. Wider more stable base and a height that is almost a foot taller. The cross bar is a little shorter but fits 4 slim Par 38s perfectly. The bar does come with hardware including a nut and wing nut, so the bolts stay with the bar when swapping lights. I liked it so much I ordered another to become my downstage pair. Thanks Dave Messler again for your help.

The rule of getting what you pay for stays consistent here. PROS: Cheap Holds 4 lights with *relative* ease Lightweight Locking stability pins BOTTOM LINE - If you're just looking for something to elevate a few lights, then go for it CONS: Cheap All plastic hinges - when I opened the box after shipping, the stabilizing component that keeps the T from swiveling was broken. BOTTOM LINE - you get what you pay for - if you consistently gig, this specific T is not for you, it will not and did not for me, stand up to consistent set up and tear down. As I used it, I had it really loaded up, with 2 ADJ aggressors, a moonflower, and galaxian lazer, and a Chauvet Colorstrip. It held them up, but you could tell it was straining if you looked hard enough

Good stand
By Shawn D. Smith
from Kingston, TN
Comments about Musician's Gear Lighting Stand:
This is a tough, solid stand! Easy to use with par cans or a moonflower set up for your lights. It is double braced and very sturdy.

Very Sturdy
By DJ3000
from Houston, TX
Comments about Musician's Gear Lighting Stand:
Great Light stand held my Vue 3 and Elan LED lights with ease and held its ground after being bumped twice by a few kids at a wedding I DJ'd! If your only running a few lights for a mobile gig or a small venue, you can't go wrong with this thing. One word of caution though the connection for the Tbar on top is plastic and would be careful to not be too rough with it. Other than that great piece of equipment.

A great SALE!
By Brandon Dunn

Comments about Musician's Gear Lighting Stand:
For the money I spent on this product, I was very shocked on how great the quality was. It's not the best I've seen but for what I needed it for IT'S PERFECT! Sturdy, durable and easy to put up and take down. I use for my small gigs, example: birthday parties, pool parties, dances, etc. (DjWellDunn)

It comes with braces that were not pictured. Makes a good light stand. Big footprint. Lightweight. Goes to 12 feet. Only tighten the knobs enough to do the job otherwise they will strip.

Great for the price . I got tired of buying the On Stage stands for twice as much and having them fail.
I am giving this one a try.
