Nice case

Looks great, well made and a very nice price. I don't tour, so I don't need a case to stand up to airports. Inside is plush and will keep your bass very comfortable. It will fit my p-bass clone with standard strap pegs, not with straplocks. Just have to remove the strap and it fits snug, no shifting around. If you need a good case for going to lessons, garageband practice or just storing your bass, this is the case you want at a good price.

Poor neck support

I have had the tweed bass case for a couple of the years. The weight of an old Fender Precision Bass completely mashed the neck support. now I have to stuff towels in the case to keep the bass from sliding around.

    Granted, I live close to the ocean, but this case continually gets moldy. I've deep cleaned it a few times and I'm realizing the material of the exterior is kind of a mold magnet. Worse is the once mold grows on the outside, it get inside the interior too. I'm going to opt for an ABS plastic case instead, as this one is going to the trash.

    Not very well. The Musician's Gear Deluxe Bass Case is modeled to a Jazz, P Bass size. There will be a lot of space in the body cavity. This is what fits - Gibson SG Bass Original Hardshell Case Brown.
