Outstanding Value

I am a pro player and I change my strings everyday on more than one guitar. I bought two sets of these strings to check out on a gig on my Martin Eric Clapton model. I was totally surprised at how great they sound and play. They even have a nice color to them. I've had endorsements with a few string companys but if I'm not touring they don't give them up so It costs me a lot in strings to gig in town. I tried Elixer as well and although they seem good at first, when they go bad, they go really bad. They start to shed a layer like a snake sheds skin, so the value is just not there. I played two gigs on one set with the musicians gear strings to see how they last and they were fine throughout the second show. I had to stretch them out a little more than I do with Martin strings when I put them on, I guess the metal is just a little bit softer, but the tone is there and that is what matters to me. I know most people leave strings on for months but most all pro players only use them for one gig. For me that is all any strings sound really great for. I'm placing an order today for 60 sets. I really hope this deal sticks around. Thank you Guitar Center for the great value in this product.

Cheap Strings

The B string broke before I even played a chord. They are cheap. If you want quality look elsewhere.

These strings are a good buy if price matters. I use them on a lot of cheaper guitars where cost can ad up quickly. I use a higher quality string on my Martin guitar, but for the price the are great
