    I have been playing over 45 years and while I have always taken care of my fingerboards every time I change my strings, I have never bothered to polish my frets, seeing it as just cosmetic. I decided to polish up my 1976 Les Paul Deluxe , and what a difference! Not only do the frets sparkle, but they feel so much smoother to play. What I like about this product is it is very safe and easy to use. I can't wait to use this on my other guitars.

    Figured I'd take a chance on this fret polish kit. Boy, is this a great an easy kit for anyone to use. First off I would recommend having another cloth to use with this as when you use the polish it may end up on the fretboard imo. The three different size fretboard guards work great for any guitar you may have and are sized right so you don't get a lot of that polish on the fretboard.You may need to wipe off the guard here and there from the polish tho. Working the polish in is very easy and within a couple of swipes back and forth you can notice a big difference as the shine Comes back to life and the dirt comes right off. Mind you I haven't polished my frets in I don't know how long but let's just say a long time (years). I've notice a difference in my strings lasting longer,bending is easier and smooth and just moving around chords on the fretboard feel much better. Also my guitar looks a lot better with shiny frets, makes the guitar look newer. Great product! I'm going to stay on top of my frets from now on. Give it a try!

    I bought this product hoping to bring my Epiphone Explorer to life. The rosewood board was dry and light brown and the fret wires were green with oxidation. After using the oil on the board and the fret wire cleaner on the frets the guitar looks brand new and the rosewood is dark brown like it should be. It is truly amazing how well the neck and frets cleaned up. It also plays much easier now. I highly recommend this product.
