Cool little handy guitar cleaning tool

Saw one of these handy guitar cleaning tools lying on the counter at my local GC store. Went home and immediately ordered one as they weren't in stock. Never knew something like this was available. I always wrapped a ruler in a rag to clean between the pickups, hoping not to scratch my guitar. Very satisfied with it's performance. It's also handy to brush dirt and other derbis from the bridge.

Room for Improvement

This thing is definitely handy for cleaning between the strings & fingerboard. Typically that is where I see the most grime build up, and the shape of this tool is great for that use case. The brush is also good for dusting hard to reach nooks & crannies. I took away 2 stars because I think there is room for improvement in this device. The microfiber cloth is attached to the plastic handle with some kind of glue/adhesive. I use Dunlop Ultraglide 65 string cleaner along with this tool, which is a problem because once enough of the string cleaner gets on the microfiber cloth, it acts as a solvent and dissolves the glue in the cloth backing. The end result is that the microfiber cloth becomes detached from the plastic handle. Have to reattach it with a different kind of glue that the string cleaner will not dissolve. Would be nice if the manufacturer did this -- used an adhesive that was not dissolved by popular string cleaning products like ultraglide. Even if it made the product a little more expensive, I would pay more to not have to fix it myself when this happens. It is also not clear on how to "clean the cleaner". The microfiber cloth eventually gets dirty from all of the dirt it transfers off of your instrument, but it is not clear how to transfer the dirt off of the cloth.

    The product does not work well for the bottom of guitar strings. Cannot access the 1st 6 frets as it is too thick. Cleans the top of the strings OK. Save your money and use a cloth.

    The duster side of the tool needs to thinner in order to fit in between the strings and the Frets going down the neck

    This tool makes daily care of my guitar collection quite easy,and gets all the dust out of the nooks and crannies of my solid body, or hollow body electric guitars, that are not stored in their case.
