Absolutely astounding cable
I've owned this cable for years now, about three or four, and this cable hasn't died on me yet. I take it everywhere I go. I play a 5-string bass and when I switched to this Monster cable, I swear that I immediately heard the sound difference from any other cable I've used. The sound it put through was fuller and richer than it was previously and even when I dropped my B-string a little bit the cable made sure my sound was clear and resounding. The price may be a bit much but trust me, it'll last you for a long long time and improve how your bass sounds. Absolutely astounding. I'm never going back to any other brand, I'm so impressed.

Terrible customer service
I bought the original cable 5 years ago, it lasted 2 years then I replaced it in store with no fuss. 2 years later that cable failed but I could not replace it in store anymore, I had to ship it back to the manufacturer. It has been a month an a half since Monster received the cable back at their factory and still have not gotten my replacement. For the price this cable should last longer than 2 years and it certainly should not take so long to get a warranty replacement.

I bought these at my local GC store. They started shorting out within a year and then stopped working altogether. I wasn't too concerned since there is supposed to be a lifetime warranty. So, I got a RMA number from Monster and promptly returned the cable. That was 6 weeks ago. Monster will not respond to my emails and the phone number they provided has been disconnected. I will not be buying any more Monster products.
I would buy this product again.

After using 20' cables for too long on too small of stages, it's nice to have the right length for my space.
