I have a les paul copy, about 20 yrs old .It has three knobs that are toothed posts and one that is smooth.Regular knobs do not fit on the smooth post only the toothed ones . The smooth one requires a set screw of some type Can you help me ?
It sounds like one of the pots was swapped out. They have two different styles mainly, so that's why they're different. It depends on what you're wanting to do with it. To have all the knobs match you would have to swap out the pot. If you don't mind the knobs not matching, you can get a couple of sets of them and you'd be all set. Give us a call at 866-498-7882 and we can get you taken care of.
