Comes oil-finished (which is nice), making it ready to go. It fit my Warmoth bass body perfectly! This MM neck is pretty light too. Only complaint is that some of the fret ends seem a little rough. But not bad.
perfect for the money!

Quality seems up to par with at least MIM Fender. Frets are dressed well and none are sprouting from the side of the fret board. I wasn't sure what to expect with the nut slots, but I had to open them up slightly to accommodate .45-.105. gauge strings. After that, I was able to set up perfectly without doing any fret leveling and have no fret buzz.
I love this neck!

My new neck is perfect. The fret job is excellent. Not one rough edge anywhere. The install took less than 25 minutes, including restringing. I knew if I had any issues, GC would take care of me. I know this neck will age nicely too. I couldn't be happier!
Great....... Plain and simple

I bought this neck as a replacement for a back up bass I was building because the price was low, and its a licensed fender replacement part. I have a few Americian standard jazz basses, and Im here to tell you that this neck is just as good. The fret work is great, it's strait as an arrow, and the feel of the neck is just as good. I have been playing for over 30 years, and most basses I've owned have been Americian Fenders. If you need a neck try one of these. You wont be sorry. For the price.... I think its better than Allparts or Wormoth.

Will it fit on a Squire Precision Bass Body?
Theoretically, yes. The neck pocket and bridge are the same. A Jazz neck on a Precision body is perfect. I have one. Good luck.submitted5 years ago
