Your better off paying the extra $60.00 or so and getting a Fender neck. This neck came with no holes drilled on the headstock or the joint (Fender necks comes with all that). So... you can't really try it out and send it back if it doesn't work...so once you drill... your out the dough. Also this neck is a little thicker at the joint than most Fender necks and will require some sanding on your part,(what a pain)... and the so called soft V neck is more of a slim V and feels more like an awkward C. All in all it will get you by (barely) but not without a great deal of work. As I said...save your money and get something better for your builds...because if your like me...the neck is of major importance and shouldn't be skimped on... Lesson learned.

  • Good neck for the price

The neck is useable as is, but I think I'll polish the frets. This is a great neck for the price. The maple fretboard looks much better than the rosewood did on the off-white body, sounds good too!

  • My choice in a quality Fender neck without the hype/price

A significant improvement up for a lesser quality guitar without any unnecessary glitter. The way I like a neck to be.

    10mm tuners?

Yes. Anything else would have to be bored out or have the adapter bushings put in it.
