Looking for the right great isn't easy, I spent a week playing around with Taylors and martins but the Martin 16E was the best one for me. It his a rich and very unique sound to it. It was great for the budget I was looking for a moment as well. Only thing I didn't have was a tuner nor did it come with a hard case. overall this guitar exceed my expectations.

Was looking for a guitar that was a little more comfortable to play than my full sized D18. Played a LOT of options and this one just stood out as being extra resonant and warm while being easy to play. I know it's a matter of preference, but to me, the mahogany just gives off an amazing warm low end that is hard to find out there. I really liked some of the road series, but this one is just better in every way and worth the extra cost. The only disappoint was the gig bag- this caliber of guitar deserves a hard case.
