I was looking for a high end guitar (Martin 00028). However, due to the fact that I'm not from US and the dollar exchange rate is trying to lead me to bankrupcy, I had to lower my expectations. I did a blind buy without having played this guitar. It was a risk I that I took and I'm glad that I did! This guitar is AMAZING. It stays in tune and has a wonderful sound! It's so confortable and fun to play! The sound is close to rosewood!

Simply put, this is the best all-solid-wood acoustic I've played under $2000. The Performing Artist neck is very comfortable: it might be a bit more if it were slightly thinner, but it certainly isn't holding me back. This is the first guitar I've played with solid Siris back and sides, and I find the low end very reminiscent of rosewood, with slightly more midrange and a bit of an airier top end. The sound hole tuner is easy to use and works very well. I would more accurately rate this guitar at 4.5 stars: if the stock tuners had a little less play in them and it came with a true hardshell case instead of polyfoam, it would get 5 easily.

Great sound but unstable

It sounds great when it is set up properly. The neck wood is not strong enough to make it stable. It needs to adjust truss rod often to get the buzz out and make the sound good. Cannot completely get rid of A string 11 and 12 frates buzz.
