Marshall Mini Mi

This is a good little amp to take to places to play. It is very light and is powered by batteries and sounds really cool with some clean distortion. Its pretty loud for a little monster like this.

Sounded great

I ordered one a few weeks ago. But, it showed up with the top cab crushed. Returned it for a replacement. I received the new one. It sounded great... for about fifteen minutes until what I am assuming was the speakers blew. Returned it at the store near me for an Orange. Customer Service was great, but I was expecting a lot better quality from Marshall. P.S. I swear by Marshall. I own another one which is great. I just expected better Quality Assurance from Marshall.

It's a great little amp for the price, mainly use it for practicing at home. Not a type of sound that would blow anyone away by any means but for the price and what I think it's used it is very good. Would recommend it to people who live in apartments or those who don't wanna make too much noise. #sweepstakes

I bought one of these about 6 weeks ago. It worked great for about a week, and then it stopped working. It was getting power, but I could not get any sound. I tried 2 different cables on it, put a new battery in, but still no sound. Plugged my strat into my regular practice amp (10w Fender) and it worked fine fine. Checked out my other cables on the Fender amp and they both worked fine. Sent it back to GC for a new one (which arrived three days after I sent the old one back-happy about that). Took the new one out of the box, put a new battery in, and nothing. Its getting power. I've tried all the cables I have. I plugged in headphones and could hear dead noise through them when I switched the power on. I'm at wits end. Called GC back and they said it might be my strat. If that's the case, why does it work on my other amps? I think I'll just send it back for a refund. I need something I can rely on!

  • It's ok for a kid learning to play...not for an adult

Economical but the sound quality is very poor.

  • Too much distortion

Distortion made it unusable using my Rick bass. Using my Les Paul, too much distortion even with light strum of 1st postion G cord. Volume was week even two feet away. The "manuals" gave no indication of how to get a power adaptor. Marshall disappointed me and I returned it within a week.

  • Awesome buy!

Awesome Product. The only mini amp that can hold its own when playing with an acoustic guitar. All of the other mini amps I've experienced are either drowned out by an acoustic, or sound horrible when cranked loud enough to play with one. This amp can play with an acoustic or quiet electric and still sound great. Very portable and durable (I have dropped mine multiple times and it still sounds great). I very strongly recommend this amp for anyone who would like to bring an electric on a vacation or somewhere else.
