This is a very heavy cymbal, which takes some energy to get it to sing. The wash is a low pitch tone but it still cuts threw the heavy mix. It's great as a side cymbal (1 of 4).
Very Good

It's a B12 bronze cymbal... can be played quietly, or very loudly... Product line is "Extreme Metal", but I suppose there's no reason it couldn't be used for any type of music...
Definitely amazing!

This is a HEAVY metal cymbal. It's my favorite on my kit and it's heavy metal all right. I love it.

I purchased this to replace a cracked Paiste Rude 3000 19" crash/ride. I have 2 other Meinl crashes in the Classic Custom series that I really like but they do not make a 19" in that series so I ordered this. Having not seen it in person,I was very impressed by the thickness of the bronze when it showed up. I am rebuilding a kit after a 20 year break and just started checking out Meinl's products 6 months ago and believe I will stick with them for a while. I hit cymbals hard and this one shows no sign of edge bending after a month of once-a-week beatdowns.
awesome sound

I highly recommend these!!! i was blown away by the way they sound. They really cut through unlike any other cymbals i have used and playing metal you need it so anyone who plays heavy music and dont want to break the bank these are the cymbals to get!!!
