I originally bought this off a local music store in Minnesota. It was discounted 100 dollars for being a c-stock item (having some aesthetic defects) but played perfectly well! All it really needed was to take care of some fret sprout. I added a bridge doctor with the pin bolts because I wanted to use paired strings. I filed the octave string slots to accept another wound string, gave it a light setup and put some elixir 10-47 nanoweb strings and sounds very well.also changed the tuners to some gotoh ones. The originals worked fine but could be better. It still stayed in tune nonetheless. I'd say playability wise, it's on par with a takamine pro series ed381c . Overall highly recommend if you know how to do basic guitar setups . I've owned it for over a year now so there is more wear on the body due to not putting a pick guard.

Wondering what hard case i should get for this 12 string or is it a stander sized dreadnought guitar?
It's a standard dreadnought. Take a look at the 'Musician's Gear Deluxe Dreadnought Case Black'. Just put that in the search bar.
