This product is well made and so worth it.
I used this product and it has been a savior when recording because my guitarist and I work at seperate stations when recording my drums. Him and I both get a stereo signal that is high quality. Definitely would go back and buy this exact one when I break it one day.

All mids and highs, little to no bass
I was intending to use this to split the audio from one device to another as it's intended. However, when I listened to music through it for testing the audio quality, it was extremely tinny. Very little bass response if there was any to begin with. It was essentially all mid to high frequencies. Definitely not the most ideal product.

When I plugged two headphones into the splitter, the headphones only worked in one channel and the volume was very low.
This really came in handy!

We are one in ear pack short so I and another musician share one. With this and a long extension chord for my headphones we're able to solve our problem. So far so good! #sweepstakes

My grandson and I use the splitter so that we can both use separate headphones to listen to music that we're playing in our mini-studio.

Hello, I am having trouble with both of my headsets that are plugged into my cable boxes. All I hear is static when I try to find a tv channel to watch. I put in new batteries, still didn't work. I was wondering if I purchased a splitter and connect the cables to the back of my tv if that would give me audio. The models are RS120

Can my son use this to plug into an Xbox controller and split between his headset and microphone?
No. The split ends are both outputs and for the mic you'll need an input.submitted6 years ago

Does this split between left and right, or will identical signals go through both female connectors?
It does not split between left and right. This would be identical signals through both connectors. This will split it from Left and Right.
