Used it for Connecting ipod to loud speaker for fitness classes and virtual classes. Always careful when disconnecting and reconnecting. Failed within a year - became a poor connection with crackling and in an out sound. Would need to wiggle it to get it just right to connect. Cannot have unreliable equipment for classes. With lifetime warranty, I thought I was getting a superior product. With COVID-9 shut down, I cannot take advantage of the warranty and need it for virtual classes.
I would buy this product again

Works just fine with my LCD-X. I almost thought it couldn't be used when I first tried to connect it. This connection was a very tight fit, but eventually I managed to get it. No problems with sound quality that I can tell.

T stands for tip which is left audio, R stands for ring which is right audio and S stands for sleeve or common ground. This adapter connects the tip to the tip but the sleeve on the 1/4' mono jack connects to the ring and sleeve on the 3.5 mm jack. Verified with an ohm meter. What would this be used for? It is not for connecting a mono signal like a guitar to both sides of a stereo amp. Now I have to return it.
