BUY THIS AWESOME HEAD

First of all, I have a Crate Half Stack and the Crate 240 Watt head that came with it no where near compares to the awesomeness of the Line 6 Spider 2 75W. The Spider 2 has decent effects, not the best, but they are definitely worth playing around with and make things worth it. The clean channel is worth mentioning, it has somewhat of an echo'ey sound to it though if you don't mess with the settings right. If you are a Death Metal enthusiast, buy this head! Turn the setting to "Insane." Then turn the bass, treble, and drive all the way up. and turn the mid all the way down. You will get the most aggressive and booming death metal sound you will ever hear. Basically, you NEED to buy this amp, its SOOO cheap for how good it is, even if you are an experienced musician who plays shows, this is the amp for you, in quality, sound, looks, everything.
I LOVE THIS AMP

I tried out this amp while I was deciding to buy my new guitar. This large amp has a good amount of watts to make jam sessions an ease for the drummer, and just being able to crank it up without being scared of blowing your amp is a good thing about it. I tried this amp out, and its many effects sounded like they were floor pedals, and they sounded nothing like amp effects. The Line 6 Spider II is possibly one of the best amps I have ever used. I recommend this amp to anyone who wants to play live at small cofee houses and even in shows. It might not be big enough for a little concert, but if you just need an amp to hear yourself onstage, like a monitor or anything, it is a wonderful amp, that has worked wonders for me.

I channel this head (line 6 spider II HD75 guitar head) through a 4x12 Crate cabinet, the sound quality is excellent as well as the range of effects the head provides. There is also an aftermarket pedal you can purchase that allows for many many more effects and a built in tuner that I didn't even know about until I used the pedal. As far as I'm concerned whatever type of music you play this amp has an effect for it, I thoroughly enjoy using this amp and I recommend it 100%.

Ever since I herd this head amp in Guitar Center I knew I had to have it. I have it hooked up to a crate 4x12 cabinet and it sounds amazing. It has built in effects which I find totally killer. They sound great and the distortion is amazing. The Metal and Insane settings are my favorite feature of the head amp because the sound quality is so great! I have yet to find something I don't like about this head amp. and for the price its a great purchase. I highly recomend this head amp to anybody, because it fits nearly every style of music.
