Line 6 Unveils New Helix Stadium and Stadium XL

Line 6 | Introducing Helix Stadium | Your Sound - Center Stage

Description
The Helix Stadium XL Floor is Line 6’s flagship multi-effects guitar processor, built on the revolutionary Agoura modeling engine for unparalleled realism and responsiveness. This powerful platform emulates every detail of analog circuitry—from tube compression and sag to cabinet resonance and speaker breakup—giving you authentic tone that responds to your playing like a vintage amp, without the backline. It supports up to 48 dynamic blocks across four stereo signal paths, giving you massive tone-building potential.
Note: Some Helix Stadium XL features and specifications are pending and expected to be included in future firmware updates. Please contact a Guitar Center Pro Gear Adviser if you have any questions.
Hype Control and Proxy Cloning for Total Tone Ownership
Helix Stadium XL Floor gives you full tonal control with the innovative Hype feature, which lets you morph between raw amp authenticity and polished, mix-ready tones using a single knob. The Proxy engine takes tone personalization further, using cloud-based cloning to replicate your own amps, cabinets and effects in remarkable detail. Combined with 260+ premium effects models and seamless signal routing, you have total command of your sonic identity.
Enhanced Interface With Scribble Strips and Touch Control
The Helix Stadium XL Floor expands on the streamlined Stadium interface with a full-color 8" high-resolution touchscreen and 12 OLED scribble strips—one above each footswitch—for faster, more intuitive control. Use Focus View for contextual parameter editing or Preset Audition to preview tones with embedded audio clips and descriptions. The XL also features a built-in treadle-style expression pedal for real-time control of volume, wah, pitch and more, and includes a Matrix mixer for building and routing separate output mixes on the fly.
Showcase Engine Automates Complex Rigs With Precision
At the heart of the XL is the Showcase engine, a powerful automation system that controls presets, snapshots, external MIDI gear, lighting, video, loopers and even up to eight stereo audio tracks. All elements are fully tempo-synced, and the unit includes built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for wireless editing, control and file management via the free Helix Stadium Edit software. Showcase transforms your pedalboard into a show-ready command center.
Expanded I/O and Maximum Flexibility With D10 and EX2 Support
Stadium XL includes the most comprehensive I/O in the series: instrument and mic inputs, four stereo send/return loops, XLR and 1/4" outputs, headphone out, USB and DIN MIDI, S/PDIF, and a Nexus port for connecting the optional Expand D10. With D10, you gain access to VDI for Variax, L6 LINK for Powercab systems and 8-channel optical output. You can also connect up to four external footswitches or expression pedals, including the EX2 toe-switch controller (sold separately), to extend hands-free command over complex rigs.
Future-Ready Platform With Helix/HX Preset Compatibility
Helix Stadium XL supports up to 48 dynamic blocks, four stereo signal paths and includes a Matrix mixer for routing multiple output mixes. It’s fully compatible with all Helix and HX presets—making upgrades seamless—and was built with a future-ready architecture to support upcoming firmware updates and feature expansions. Line 6 also offers a custom-designed, luggage-grade Helix Stadium Backpack (sold separately) for keeping your rig protected between sessions and tours.

Smaller, lighter, easier to use than the 2015 helix. All of the ins and outs are higher quality so even the legacy effects sound better. Way more dsp. Haven't maxed it out once. Would 100% recommend if you want a light/great sounding solution to gigging, recording etc
