Excellent product. As a desktop recording artist, I love this product. It is what i was looking for. The sound is simple amazing with my Gibson Les Paul Studio 2016. Yes, i really recommend this product for desktop recording people. But if you are a live artist, not sure if you will like it. Thanks to Line 6 for this nice product!
Great tones in an affordable desktop package.

Great unit. Great Line 6 tones. Sits on my desk, and is connected to my DAW interface. Perfect for recording, or general noodling around. Great practice tool as well.
If you can't make this sound good .. It your fault

I almost never do reviews, but based on the fact that there really aren't a ton of reviews to see and limited video reviews out there as well, I thought I would chime in. First off, I'm not a professional musician, I'm not using this to record, and I'm not using this as an effects unit to drive speakers/amps. I think this product is not getting the attention it deserves because it's being touted as a home theater hookup, recording tool, accurate effects tool, etc etc. The reviews I read weren't blown away by it doing all these things, and I think there's a misunderstanding here. What it is is the best practice tool I've seen in the last 13 years I've been playing guitar. It lets me hear by playing alongside the songs in my library and tweak presets to match those sounds. Sure, it does a bunch of other things and other products may accomplish the same thing, but it does it with quality build, quality sounds, easy connectivity, and all the knobs I would care to see on the front of the thing... volume, gain, eq, and reverb. I like some customization but I'm not really a huge tweaker... this is the perfect mix of both worlds. Sound quality is very good. I have three great tube amps and this doesn't compare, but that's not my expectation - again, to me, that's not something it should be touted to do. Based on my needs, it's really good. It looks nicely designed and is something I'm okay with keeping out in a bedroom. It's compact and "looks" analog, which I like. The only negative is that the user banks on the machine are not intuitive to set. It took me a while to figure out it had to be done through the software and not on the device (which is what the manual tells you). Get yourself a good pair of headphones and have fun. It's a great product - kudos Line 6.
