THESE ARE REALLY WELL MADE BONGOS- EVERYTHING IS SPOT ON AS TO CONSTRUCTION, MATERIALS AND HARDWARE. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THEY ARE TOO SMALL. THEY ARE ADVERTISED AS 6.75" AND 8.5", BUT ACTUALLY ARE 6.5" AND 8" WHICH MEANS YOU CAN'T FIT A SYNTHETIC HEAD ON THE MACHO. GREAT DESIGN, BUT WHY USE THE ORIGINAL ARCHAIC DIMENSIONS? I WOULD LOVE TO GET THESE IN 7.15" AND 8.5' OR EVEN BETTER- 9" FOR THE HEMBRA. UNLESS YOU ARE BUYING THESE FOR YOUR DAUGHTER FORGET IT.
